Our Goal

Currently we offer a large and user-friendly unified (centralized) database of short-term rentals housing on Bali from 1 month and longer that can be easily searched, filtered and saved, with an option of email notifications. OneStopBali  will be expanding in other areas including services, events, commercial real estate and investments later in 2024. Our proposed opening to other markets, such as Thailand, Mexico, and Costa Rica is planned to be at the end of 2024.

Problems that we find in the real estate market:

Due to the ununified and not centralized real estate market on Bali, many agencies have their own small databases (chats, groups, websites, FB marketplaces) with limited access and marketing. It is not allowing agents or customers to see the whole market, and what it has to offer. It creates volatility of prices on the same real estate listings from speculations of agents. Customers spend countless hours searching various databases, spending weeks on the phone, on the road and inefficient viewings to find a perfect house.
